Please join us for a ‘Selfcare Sunday’ session on Sunday 11th August at 11am in the Alton Public Gardens. This part of a new series of free to attend sessions focusing on the importance of taking time out to focus on your own wellbeing and selfcare.
This session is being hosted by Samantha Taroni, founder of The Soul Shed. An Alton based project encouraging you to discover your creativity, well-being and sense of place. Following creativity walks in our brilliant local walking festival in May, she is delighted to invite you to try ‘intuitive collaging’ in the public gardens.
Collaging is a relaxing activity you may not have done in many years! Cutting, Piecing and pasting the images that speak to you into something new, allows a new image to say something to you in the moment! Its a mindful playful activity that might just surprise you in how gently powerful it is.
Check out her book ‘Take it to the Trees’ on Amazon and sign up for the soul shed newsletter for more ideas about how to connect with your creative self and plug into a more connected way of being in your life www.thesoul-shed.co.uk/contact
