We have been notified by East Hampshire District Council that there will be a by-election for the Ashdell ward. This is due to a sufficient number of requests from local electors for a by-election.
A Notice of Election will be published on Thursday 4 September with nominations closing on Friday 12 September. If the election is contested, polling for the Ashdell ward only will be on Thursday 9 October.
