Alton Town Council Councillors are inviting residents to come along to the first of their planned monthly “Meet the Councillor” sessions which will take place on Saturday, 14th December 2024. This will be taking place in the middle unit below the Town Hall, known as Unit 16 in the Market Square. Councillors will be available between the hours of 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM.

Meet with Councillors Chubb and Hill
12:30 PM – 14:30 PM
Meet with Councillors Kellermann and Treacher (due to unforeseen circumstances, Councillor Janice Treacher will be replacing Councillor Barbara Tansey)
Whilst time is set aside at the beginning of all Council meetings for residents to ask questions or make representation to Councillors, the time allocated is somewhat limited.
Councillors are keen to provide residents with an opportunity to meet face-to-face in a more informal setting, in confidence and with no time limits.
We have arranged to use the ground floor community meeting space at 16 Market Square in the town centre as it is easily accessible with good parking provision if required nearby.
