Cactus Brass will be performing on Sunday 18th August from 2:00pm – 4:00pm. They are a local brass group and enjoy playing a wide variety of music.
The story behind the unusual name ‘Cactus Brass‘ is that being a small band we rehearse in our own homes, and as brass players need somewhere to empty our water! The obvious place to empty our water, initially was into a decidedly weary cactus. The cactus is thriving but the debate as to whether it is because of the water or our playing is ongoing!
