Nomination papers must be delivered, by appointment only, to the Returning Officer, East Hampshire District Council, Monterey House, Bedford Road, Petersfield, GU32 3LJ on any day after the date of this notice, on Monday to Friday 9.30 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. (excluding bank holidays) but no later than 4 pm on Thursday, 14th May 2026. 5. Applications, amendments or cancellations of postal votes and amendments or cancellations of proxy votes must reach the Electoral Registration Officer at East Hampshire District Council, Monterey House, Bedford Road, Petersfield, GU32 3LJ by 5 pm on Wednesday, 27th May 2026.
