NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the ALTON TOWN ANNUAL ELECTORS’ MEETING will be held at the Assembly Rooms, Alton GU34 IBA on Wednesday 13th March 2024 at 7:00pm when the under mentioned business will be under consideration. All electors living within the Town Council’s area are entitled o attend.

1 Welcome and Town Mayor’s Address
2. To approve the minutes of the annual meeting held on 15th March 2023
3. To table the Alton Town Council audited accounts year ending 31 March 2023
4. Town Mayor to welcome representatives of community groups to tell you about the work they do in the community:
- Alton Neighbourhood Plan – Mike Heelis
- Dementia Friendly Alton – Karen Murrell
- Men’s Shed – Gordon Anderson
- Kings Arms – Jen Hammersley
6. Open Forum – To receive questions and statements from electors of the Alton Town Council area. Where possible residents are requested to provide their representations at least 5 days prior to the meeting in order that there is sufficient time to prepare responses.
