This area offers stunning panoramic views towards the Selborne Hanger, and comprises approximately 25 acres. With mown footpaths which are popular with dog walkers and local families alike, it is a peaceful space where many local residents go to enjoy nature.

There are public footpaths running across the land giving access to the public from Borovere Lane, Salisbury Close, The Ridgeway, Wincanton Close and Windmill Hill.

There is a small copse of trees in the centre with a TV mast on top of the hill alongside an underground reservoir, these areas are not open to the public.
