This area comprises 13 acres fully utilised by sports pitches:
- 2 Cricket Squares
- 1 Artificial Wicket
- Cricket Practice Nets
- 5 Football Pitches
- Skateboarding facilities

Other occasional sports are accommodated as necessary.
There are two pavilions (Charles Read and Harry Baker) situated at either end of the playing fields. The Charles Read Pavilion is used by the general public when hiring pitches, and the Harry Baker Pavilion is used by the Alton Cricket Club at present on an informal basis in the summer and by local football teams in the winter.
