All meetings start at 7.00pm and are held in the Town Hall Council Chamber unless otherwise stated and are open to the public.
A minimum three clear days for notice of a meeting is given and papers can be found under the respective Committee heading on the website.
Agendas are also published on the Council's notice board outside the Town Hall.
Members of the public may make representations, answer questions and give evidence at a meeting which they are entitled to attend in respect of the business on the agenda.
The period of time designated for public participation at a meeting shall not exceed 20 minutes unless directed by the chairman of the meeting.
Each member of the public may speak for up to 5 minutes.
