All meetings start at 7.00pm and are held in the Town Hall Council Chamber unless otherwise stated and are open to the public. 

A minimum three clear days for notice of a meeting is given and papers can be found under the respective Committee heading on the website.
Agendas are also published on the Council's notice board outside the Town Hall. 
Members of the public may make representations, answer questions and give evidence at all meetings which they are entitled to attend.
