THEMED WALK: This walk will give participants the opportunity to let go of anything you've been holding onto... old habits, ways of thinking, something/one you've been holding onto, whatever it may be. We'll take a leisurely walk through Chawton Park Woods and you will be able to contemplate or share anything that is weighing on your mind if you choose... no judgement, no advice given. Just a listening ear. Pausing midway we will then do a short guided meditation and allow ourselves to begin the process of letting go. Continuing back to the start, the second half of the walk will be about opening up to new possibilities, healthy habits, opportunities, new ways of doing things... either talking with others or quietly pondering the messages from nature.
