Walk 100 Wellbeing Walk: Finding peace, Selborne

THEMED WALK: This walk is designed to give you time out to consider an aspect of your wellbeing. It is a lovely circular walk in Selborne passing through woodland and open fields to Priory Farm. On the return we will spend time by some lakes where the leader, Sally, will offer some fun reflective activities to help you start to work towards a greater sense of peace and calm. On the walk back there is the option to share your thoughts with others, only if you want to. Bring your curiosity, an open mind and something to sit on (a sit mat or plastic bag).
Start time and meeting point:
10:30 am Public car park behind The Selborne Arms pub, High Street, Selborne, GU34 3JR.
The 38 bus from Alton arrives at The Selborne Arms at 10.23.

All walks are free to attend but you must book in advance.
Sorry no dogs allowed.
All travel costs (buses, trains and parking) is at the expense of the walker.
Please arrive 15 mins before the start of the walk.
Please remember to wear suitable footwear, clothing and water.
A majority of the walks are in the countryside/woodland so rest stops for toilets may not be possible.
