Walk 96 Alton Ramblers: Chawton Park Wood and Chawton

Starting at Alton Sports Centre through Chawton Park Wood, over the bridge at Medstead & Four Marks Station, joining St Swithun's Way down to Chawton Village and under the A31 back to the start.

The walk starts with a climb to the top of Saintbury Hill in Lower Froyle. There are lovely views for the next section of the walk and also the opportunity to see some of the beautiful houses in Froyle. The walk then goes to Pax Hill nursing home and back to the start via Coldrey Farm. There are a lot of stiles so the walk is not suitable for large dogs.

Walk 98 East Worldham Circuit- evening walk

Starting at The Three Horsehoes Pub we walk south along the ridge (Warner's Hanger) and drop down to Binswood and then return up hill to East Worldham passing the glorious St John's Hill. The walk incorporates wonderful views over Oakhanger and Shortheath Common plus beyond to the Surrey Hills.
