Walk 73 Alton Ramblers: SouthWest Chawton Loop

Start at Alton Sport Centre lower car park going through Chawton, Upper Farringdon, Newton Valance, South of Newton Common to Four Marks and back to Sports Centre car park.

Walk 74 Five to Ten Walk: West Meon and Beacon Hill

A lovely hilly walk, with some wonderful views, starting at the old station at West Meon (plenty of free parking) and walking via West Meon village, Warnford and Beacon Hill before descending to the attractive village of Exton and heading east to join the old Meon Valley Railway roadbed to return to West Meon.

We will have a picnic lunch stop on or near Beacon Hill.
