Bentley station to Alton Station

A mix of fields and woodland, with beautiful views. A moderate walk via Redcap Copse, Binsted Plateau, Binsted, Holy Cross Church, Wyck, Neatham and finishing at Alton Railway Station.

Dogs welcome but MUST be on leads

All travel costs (buses, trains and parking) is at the expense of the walker.

Please arrive 15 mins before the start of the walk.

Please remember to wear suitable footwear, clothing and bring water with you.

A majority of the walks are in the countryside/woodland so rest stops for toilets may not be possible.

Alton in the Civil War

The guided tour visits places of interest which are historic sites in Alton connected with the English Civil War.
